great for tendinitis March 27, 2010

I'm a 40 year old competitive athlete, and I've had issues with patellar tendinitis since college. A couple years ago, I almost "retired" from competition because of it. I started taking glucosamine, and within days, the pain was gone, and I've only occasionally (after a hard workout) had very minor pain and inflammation since. I'm actually lifting and doing plyometrics at a higher level of intensity now than I was able to do in college - without knee pain. There may be other brands that work also, but I'm sticking with this one since I know it works very well.
