Really does work September 7, 2010

This product actually does work. I had my doubts about it but one of my friends tried it and said it worked for him too. It took a few meals for it to really start to work so give it a chance. They don't even taste that bad. I bought this flavor because they were a lot cheaper than the others but they all taste about the same also I found that if you drink too much water with it they don't work as well.

Based on the reviews and that they were the healthiest approach to eating less, I decided to give these a try. I ordered the chocolate and the peanut butter. I wasn't horribly disappointed with the taste, but the main ingredient is like Kashi cereal so it takes a little like cardboard and leaves a bad after-taste. The main thing I was disappointed in was the effectiveness of making me feel full...I followed the directions and they only seemed to work the first two days or so. This might be because of the schedule I am on: a full time college student with a part time job, which keeps me pretty busy and wanting to eat whenever I get a chance.
At any rate, I ate just as much when I was doing the FullBars so they were extra cals and a waste of money.

I am going to give full bar a four star. I would give it five, but it's pricy and not very tasty. However, I have to say, when I eat one in the afternoon , it keeps me from snacking later and I eat much less for dinner. I am a big nightime snacker, love sweets every night, and now I don't crave them at all and have been losing weight. I would suggest to buy a couple of bars before making any big commitments and see if it works for you. BTW - I only need one bar a day.

The taste was so horrible I could barely swallow. Maybe I'll try a different flavor but I don't want to get stuck with another box of horrible bars. The concept is great, wish the taste was better.
