Down here in Texas, the coated protein bars tend to be really soft. I ate one of these out of the refrigerator, and it was a little crumbly but very tasty! The chocolate tastes like the kind they use in candy. The peanut flavor complements the chocolate very nicely. According to the wrapper, there are 13g total carbs, with 5g sugar and 7g sugar alcohols. The sweeteners are sugar, powdered sugar, and maltodextrin.

Mine arrived all melted but they firmed up over night and still tasted just fine. They have 26 carbs not 10. The description was a little misleading when it said 10 net carbs because I thought that meant it had 10 carbs period. In any case they are still fairly low carb. And TASTY.
