I LOVE THIS STUFF!! It smells like a macaroon
and is great for moisturizing and cooking. I made chicken with it and it was delicious.

I love this coconut oil. It is the best makeup remover ever! Yes, it even removes the waterproof mascara. It is great for internal and external use. I can't do without it!

I am a total coconut oil convert. I may even be a zealot. My daughter has very dry type 3C-4A hair, and since I started using the coconut oil on her hair, it has become much more supple and shiny. Less frizz in the mornings, easier to braid and comb, etc. I have thrown out all the traditional mainstream haircare products in favor of this. They don't even compare.

Moreover, I use it as a body/facial moisturizer and it is magnificent. A little goes a long way and my skin stays smooth all day. Love it.

You can a little of this with just about anything you bake. I add this to my baked banana bread and it's great. I've used it on my hair also, I remember using pure coconut oil when I was a little girl in my home country as a conditioner and hair softener. This is a good price as I've seen it for a lot more in our local stores.
