I was in my 50s when I began having knee joint problems, making it difficult to squat down and return to standing without pain. I noticed a significant improvement in my knees after one month. After two months, my knees felt young again. Wonderful! Best results will be seen if one does not consume foods and drinks which cause inflammation! Best to research this.

My grandma lives in northeast part of china. It is pretty common for people who live there to have some kind of joint problem. My grandma has had this pain with her knees in every winter even before I was born. A friend of mine told me about this jointease brand, so I brought a 6+1 pack to her last x'mas break that I went back home. After around a month or so, she told me her knees felt a little better than before. Frankly speaking, I really wasn't expecting that much when I bought this, but given my grandma's words, I think it is well worth the money.
