I have macular degeneration. This is a fine and affordable helper. Also good for brains, I think.
 Good Omega-3 Supplement - Highly Recommended July 19, 2010

Kirkland Fish Oil Concentrate Softgels are a great way to get Omega-3 into your diet. I decided to try these after reading about the many benefits of taking Fish Oil (better cholesterol numbers, improved memory, less joint pain, etc). While it is had to quantify exactly what effect supplements are having since I am also taking prescription medications, but my cholesterol numbers have significantly improved over the past three months and there is noticeably less pain in my knees.
Just a note, Kirkland is the store brand of a major "warehouse club" and I have have always been pleased with the quality compared to national brands and generics.

Good product and was shipped fine. I switched to something else because the brand Kirkland is somewhat questionable.

I've been adding a pill to each of my dog's meals for about three weeks now. Her coat super shiny now and bunny soft. She often gets compliments and I always mention these pills.
