 A vast improvement over drug store laxatives August 7, 2010

This product has rescued me from drug store laxative hell. I have long battled with a slow transit colon and at one point was told by the Sansum Clinic that I should have my entire colon removed. I switched to a G.I. doctor at UCLA who had me taking Dulcolax daily as my body cannot produce a bowel movement on its own. However, Dulcolax had many side effects for me such as intense nausea and cramping that would wake me up in the middle of the night. I recently decided to give Colosan a try and nearly gave it up after the first week because it stimulated me so much I couldn't sleep at night more than an hour or two. My hair and skin also became excessively dry temporarily, even though I was consuming a large amount of water daily. Thank goodness I persisted with using the product because after about two weeks the stimulant effect wore off and I noticed that I felt so much better throughout the day and had a ton more energy. I slept well at night and my skin and hair returned to normal, or better than normal. Foods that I was previously sensitive to such as sugars and breads, even in small amounts, were now much more tolerated. I have been taking Coloson about twice a week in the morning, just one heaping teaspoon, for the past month and I find that I can have a bowel movement for three consecutive days following the one dose. One thing I was worried about is when the need for a BM would strike after taking the dose; I was concerned that I'd need to stay close to home so I'd have quick access to a bathroom. But after the initial 2 week period, when the time for a BM arrived I could take my time in finding a bathroom which has allowed me much freedom. The only drawback for this product is that I don't like drinking it so much; the flavor and consistency is like watery chalk. But a small price to pay for the incredible improvement it has made on my health.

Hi!
I use this once or twice per month, it really hepls to clean you out, and it is very gentle on your body. Just don't make plans for 5-6 hours! :) Try eating some light soups, yogurts the day before, drink some prune juice the day before as well. Do a cleanse first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It helps to flush out all kinds of bad things, parasites, bacteria, yeats, etc.

I used an oygen-type colon cleanse many times. I switched once to Colosan and it burned me. It has been 6 months now and my vulva area is in burning pain constantly and very painful to walk.

I did this cleanse 9 times over the past 6 years and have added a colon cleansing tea that I found at Health Food Stores. Dr Hulda Clark's books: The Cure For All Diseases, The Cure For All Cancers, The Cure For All... are wonderful reference books to get healthy. Do her liver, colon and gallbladder cleanse as I have(as stated above) and feel Great after recuperating! Look her up on the web and Follow her suggestions because they do work just as she says. - Dr J Davis
