Carlson's Lemon Cod Liver Oil is the best way to get Cod Liver Oil down. The kid's will take it without complaint. Our second bottle I forgot to make sure I was choosing lemon, so I ended up with regular. I simply ordered a bottle of lemon and mix them 1/2 lemon and 1/2 of the regular so we didn't waste the regular at all. Can hardly tell the difference.

The taste and smell of lemons overwhelms my smoothie when I mix it in, so I prefer to take a tablespoon of the oil by itself. It tastes much better than how I imagine cod liver oil by itself tastes. But it is very strong still of lemons.
